UK statutory accounts, prepared with AI
Upload your trial balance from Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreeAgent. StatutoryAccounts.io maps it to the Companies Act formats, drafts the notes and directors' report under FRS 105 or FRS 102, and prepares your Companies House accounts and CT600 for you to review and approve.
Your first set of accounts will be free. We only use your email to tell you when we launch. Privacy

Questions
Which companies can use StatutoryAccounts.io?
UK private companies limited by shares or by guarantee, public limited companies and LLPs preparing accounts under FRS 105 or FRS 102. Charities, banks and insurers are out of scope.
Does it file with Companies House and HMRC?
It prepares your accounts and CT600 for filing, including the version that goes on the public register. Direct electronic submission is being added; until then you file the prepared accounts and return through your usual route.
What do I need to get started?
A trial balance for the year (and ideally last year's accounts for the comparatives). Exports from Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent and spreadsheets all work.
Is my data stored in the UK?
The application database runs in London on Supabase. AI drafting uses Anthropic's API; nothing is used to train models.
